Cândida Rocha has a Ph.D. in Environmental Science and Engineering with the title “Climate Change Risk Assessment and Public Perceptions in Portugal”. She is the Director of the Master of Environmental Engineering in Lusofona University, Lisbon, Portugal and is responsible for the “Climate Change and Decarbonization Strategies” course.
